A multi-million-dollar-per-mile step that can be taken is to place the last kilometer of those many high-voltage transmission lines underground. This configuration brings the power wires closer together to enhance magnetic field cancellation. Also, underground power lines can be placed inside shielding to significantly reduce the electric fields. The upshot would be that the AC magnetic fields would be higher immediately near the buried lines, but would trail off to safer levels in a shorter distance, thus allowing the majority practice field to return to ambient EMFs.
The RF emanating from the substation (in support of telemetry and any electric meter information aggregation) should also be considered for movement or shielding, as this would not be a large expense. The newer 'smart meter' signals from the last several years have made some people ill, and their likely concentration at the substation may factor into the unusual health troubles.
The millimeter wave 5G inside the Levi Stadium offers its own likely life-negative influences, but there is so little science research on humans to date. It was deployed as yet another public experiment with no scientific basis upon which to gauge potential health harm, both in short and long term exposure. How does it feel to be a guinea pig?
Instead of blindly believing the rhetoric that EMFs are completely benign, the 49ers could make this an opportunity to earnestly study the health effects of EMFs of all kinds (magnetic fields and RF being quite prevalent, but also 'dirty electricity' EMI and unnatural light spectrum), for example starting with checking their team players with Ultrasound for Rouleaux blood clumping that comes after only a few minutes of cell phone exposure depolarizes the red blood cell membranes, as outlined here: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11850513/
